প্রয়াস (meaning “effort” or “endeavour” in Bengali) is a dedicated school of special education committed to transforming the lives of children with diverse learning needs and developmental challenges.
We provide a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment where children with autism, Down syndrome, learning disabilities, speech delays, cerebral palsy, and other special needs can grow, thrive, and discover their true potential.

Poulami Mandy is a passionate and experienced special educator with over a decade of dedicated service to children with diverse learning needs. Holding advanced qualifications in Special Education and Child Psychology, she founded প্রয়াস with a heartfelt mission — to ensure that no child is left behind, and every family finds hope and support.
Her empathetic, child-centric approach combined with evidence-based methods has transformed hundreds of young lives. Poulami believes that with the right guidance, every child can achieve extraordinary things.
